VOLVO OCEAN RACE Cape Town: 24 NOVEMBER – 10 DECEMBER 2017
You may or may not be aware that the Volvo Ocean Race is again visiting the beautiful city of Cape Town and we are on the search for on-shore or Race Village volunteers. The Volvo Ocean Race travels with many activities and elements around the race in order to make it quite a family event for sailors and non-sailors alike. The Race Village will be down town the V&A Waterfront. Please find more details HERE.
We wish all our member sailors who are sailing their National Championships during September/early October (Lasers, Finns & Sonnets) safe travels and have a successful regatta.
Lastly, our thoughts are with all those affected by Hurricane Irma in the Caribbean right now.
on behalf of ZVYC,
