SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – Tuesday 16th June at 17:00 at ZVYC
CHANGE IN THE CONSTITUTION
The change re “Dissolution of Club” is a requirement to conform to our NPO (Non Profit Organisation) status by the relevant authorities, and also required by the Lotto Board who are currently processing our Lotto application.
DEVELOPMENT OF CLUB GROUNDS
The “Bene Bibi” request is a Constitution requirement, in place to prevent the Club Committee disposing of Club fixed assets without the consent of the members. The plans for “Bene Bibi” are to demolish the existing wooden building and use the land to build further storage facilities. Bishop’s Rowing and Sailing have secured Lotto funding and are desirous of further storage.
