Your team can be made up of just yourself … or a team of 2 or 3 doing all 3 disciplines or simply leave a leg out and take the handicap penalty…

Juniors (15yrs & under): RUN – 2km; CYCLE – 10km
Seniors: RUN – 4km; CYCLE – 15km

We need Marshall’s for the 4 Stop streets involved, as well as a starter and time keeper and one or two more helpers.

Well Done to Alex Falcon who has been in Crotone, Italy, sailing in the International Carnival Race 2017. Alex scored a 5th, 2nd and 1st on the Final Day to finish 3rd overall in the Silver Fleet!

Matt Ashwell scores a 3rd & a 4th to finish 133rd overall from a fleet of 544 Oppies at the Palamós Optimist Trophy Nations Cup in Spain. Well done Matt!
