ZVYC News 25 May 2017
Dear Members and Friends,
Administration
We are hard at work preparing the invoices and statements for the increases passed at the recent AGM for dispatch early next week. We are offering an “early bird” settlement discount of 3% on amounts due to the Club in respect of subscriptions and boat parking, by end of June. Payments from 1 July to Opening Cruise (6th August) will remain at full rate. Please pay as soon possible.
A Maintenance Book has been set up outside the Manager’s Office, any Items which you feel we should be attended to regarding the club or grounds please write them in the book and I am sure we will get around to them as soon as we can.
FBNR (False Bay Nature Reserve) are planning on putting the weir gates back in on the 15th June, should we have enough rain! Members & Friends – put on your gumboots and let’s do some rain dancing! Keep reading the newsletter for these updates…
Boat Parks – please come down to the club and check that your boats are secure and your covers are in place before the winter storms come.
