Opening Cruise & Open Day
There’s something magical about the start of a new sailing season — the sails catching the wind, the water sparkling, and our community gathering to celebrate the joy of being out on the vlei.
On 7 September from 09:00 – 14:00, Zeekoe Vlei Yacht Club will host its annual Opening Cruise & Open Day. It’s the perfect opportunity for newcomers to experience sailing for the first time, and for returning members to reconnect with friends and the water.
Visitors can explore our Learn to Sail programmes for juniors and adults, enjoy our beautiful facilities, and share in the energy of the day. And of course, no ZVYC event would be complete without tasty bites, coffee delights, and plenty of good company.
