ZVYC News 14 June 2018

Dear Members and Friends,

Alfred’s Rowing Club have taken delivery of their new Quad from Rob van der Merwe of John Waugh Racing. This is to replace “Rock Girl” that sadly had been written off.
“I think that you will all agree that the finish which Rob has provided is superb in my opinion, extremely well made and at close to the minimum weight at 52,45 kg in quad rig.”
Richard Moolenschot, Boat Master for Alfred’s

More news from Alfred’s is the “Bergriver Long Row” which is situated 27km from Doornfontein Farm and a down-river row happening this weekend! A young ladies quad and a masters mixed double will be partaking. Results will follow 😉
