ZVYC News 26 November 2015
Dear Sailors and Friends,
North Sails Sponsored Regatta – Sunday 29th November 2015
The North Sails sponsored regatta is scheduled for a 10am start with 2 races in the morning and 2 in the afternoon followed by a “free boerie roll and drink” at the prize giving upstairs at approximately 16h30.
We suggest everyone who is involved is at the yacht club here between 08h30 and 09h00 to ensure that you are able to enter and rig timeously.
We once again thank Rick and his staff of North Sails for the generous sponsorship and assistance. Geoff Meek, Rick Nankin and World Champion David Rae from North will be on the water coaching the Optimist Groups and in addition may be sailing the Saldanhas.
This club event brings with it additional requirements. We are hoping to find volunteers to assist on the bridge and crew on the safety boats. We would appreciate it, that if you could help us, please contact the office.
LAST WEEKEND
